Creaks rarely come from where you think they are, and often only happen under high torque (like climbing). If you can tell me: Where does the sound seem to come from? When does it happen? (Pedaling hard? Seated? Standing?) What is the frame material ? (Carbon or aluminum?) I can give you a more specific fix!
