All around him, the "Purple Shapes" floated in a silent, cosmic ballet. They were monoliths of impossible geometry. Some were jagged, like violet obsidian floating in zero gravity. Others were fluid, moving like mercury dyed with the darkest amethyst. They were beautiful, terrifying, and utterly untethered from the laws of physics.
For a long, agonizing minute, his monitor went pitch black. Elias held his breath, terrified he had just bricked his custom-built rig with a high-tier Trojan.
Back in the physical world, in a dark apartment in the city, a computer monitor pulsed with a deep, mesmerizing violet light.
Then, a single point of light appeared in the center of the screen.
On the screen, a new file had just appeared in the folder. It was titled Elias.poly .
